This is an incredible story.
Her "sermon," part I & II
Brothers, think of what you were when you were called. He chose the lowly things of the world and the despised things--and the things that are not--to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before Him. (1 cor 1:26,28)

Sanc,
Thank you for posting that incredible story. I found your blog while doing a bit of research on "free grace" and Grace Seminary.
I also enjoyed reading many of your other posts and found them refreshing.
I would add a comment to your post on dancing in the church. This is often something I wonder about. We did have a bit of dancing several months ago on a Sunday morning when Hindurwa performed a concert. Our pastor was in the middle of a sermon series about the life of King David, so our lively african concert fit well into the theme of his preaching. It was one of the happiest, joyful mornings I'd ever experienced in church.

Hi Diana,
I wonder if any of your relatives attend Salem First B? I recognize your last name. I haven't visited Bethany Baptist before but I have heard good things. I appreciated visiting your blog too, the photos are beautiful.
I'm glad that you enjoyed some posts here. I recommend that if you're looking for any information on free grace that you might read from the top eight blog links in the right-hand side bar. Pointing you in the right direction is about the only thing I am confident of.
I believe Hindurwa came to our church too. That was the very time that the mission to Rwanda was conceived. Our church was introduced to Pastor Emmanuel Sitaki, who later opened the door for over 150 Rwandan pastors to receive discipleship materials in their own language, which is unprecedented. I did not get to see them perform. I wish I had. Their movement is so free. My pastor says that these people are insistent that we worship God in dance as they do.
Thanks for visiting and commenting,
"Sanc" :D
Dear readers,
Gianna Jessen's heart exemplifies, to me, much of what Christ-honoring feminism looks like. As her sermon saturates my senses, I am left with a great desire to say so.
